I will tell you Ken is absolutely the best salesman I have ever delt with. His knowledge is unsurpassed. I have owned 7 Toyotas and have a Tacoma with 370k still going strong. Only issue and not the car salesman fault there is a rust spot on hood that had been tried to cover up but it came back through. Monday (10/19/2020) we purchased a 2021 Toyota 4Runner. Mitesh Gandhi was the salesperson and he did an awesome job in assisting us in getting the right car with the right price. I have taken my FJ cruiser to Bob Howard Toyota since I bought it in 2013. They have kept it running beautifully, in fact, I’ve never had a problem with any of the mechanical parts. The only issue I’ve ever had, is that someone ran into me from behind and did some damage. Bob Howard Collision fix that. You’d never know it happened!! I’ve got about 170,000 miles on it now, all without issue!
