Great experience buying the car but the service department is horrible. I had one bad experience getting an oil change, decided to never come back, then my car had a recall. Here I am back and it’s still an inefficient mess. Don’t bother making an appointment- they were very clear that the “morning rush” of people without appointments get right in line ahead of you even if you’re on time for your 8 am appointment. After 1.5 hours of waiting they had not even started on my car.
5 stars Mark Sampson was a great salesman! He helped me find the perfect car for me. He answered all of my questions and worked to ensure I got the best deal and lowest price possible.
