Great at selling horrible follow through after the sell. Needed to cancel warranty. Spent over a month trying to call and do it finally drove 4 hour round trip to get help and sign. Manager was beyond rude but helped with paperwork mid Dec. Contacted again first part of March to find out status to learn from warranty company paperwork was never filed. Have now spent the last month still being ignored with calls and emails not returned. Contacted warranty company again and they still haven't received the paperwork. Regardless... read more
