I bought my Acadia on line. They delivered it out to me and took my trade in from my driveway! The service department was so helpful and prompt! Very happy with all the services. I will be back for service and when I’m ready to trade again.

I originally posted a 1 star review about not getting my title in time and not being able to get anyone to answer the phone. after I posted the review I was contacted and asked to delete the review. I was offered to have half of my tag fee paid for. so I deleted it because money back is always helpful. its been over a month now and I still haven't received any check in the mail or any details on how to get it. I will never shop here again. I chose the car not the dealership

Hands down worst experience ive ever had. Cody in used cars is a liar and a fraud. We bought a car. Had it 6 weeks. They call wanting it back saying they cant get a loan....6 wweeks later.....wont answer my calls about returning our down payment. We are already in a new car with the loan approved from fowler dodge. Do not go to bob howard. Beware!!!
