RecommendedMark Samson was a great salesman. The finance lady, I can’t remember her name, was also very friendly. The used car sales manager was also very friendly to us and helped us out on some questions we had.
This place is ridiculous I will never go back to them bad customer service since day one, and they still cant resolve my issue on a vehicle that i just purchased. dont even go this place
Everyone we worked with on our vehicle purchase went above and beyond what we expected. Salesman Matthew C., finance manager Dwight, and finance director Dale hit it outta the park for us. We haven't bought a car in quite a while, and this was a superb experience. We highly recommend Bob Howard Buick GMC.

We've purchased 2 vehicles from here and we're happy with the service and the finance department that went that extra to get us the best deal. Jonathon took good care of us through the process.
My car gave out on me all of a sudden and my husband and I were scrambling to get a new car ASAP. We stopped in to look and were immediately greeted by Mark, who helped us through the whole process. He was great at listening to what we needed and finding something we can afford. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a really good used car, or even new. We are really happy with the vehicle we drove away in.
