My husband purchased a truck 5/23/2020. The purchase experience was pleasant but the truck had some damage to the bumper and tailgate and needed new tires, our salesman was great and gave us a “we owe you” to fix all of the damage and replace the tires. He even put 10.00 of his own money in the gas tank because the gas card was lost. We wanted to leave the truck so that the service department could start on the work as soon as possible but they INSISTED we take possession that day assured us they’d call when they were ready ... read more
