Been to their service department twice and was treated in a timely manner.
We took our truck in for warrenty work on the transmission 4 weeks ago and they are unable to get a new transmission. The parts department is out and they are on back order. No one within Bob Howard’s can give us a ETA. Our truck is sitting on there lot in repairable . Maybe one will ship this week but we have hear this 2 times before.

Honestly Cummins Auto Group is the reason I bought the vehicle I did. Eric Fox sold me on the specs and had amazing customer service. The only reason they didn’t get my business is because they didn’t have the vehicle on hand. I live outside of the city and had to drive 2 hours to get there. I texted the salesman prior to leaving and told him my ETA. I had sent all of my information to them the day prior so that it could be a sign and drive deal. Not happy. Charged me for doing something to my car that didn’t fix the problem and then wanted to charge me more to do what I asked them to do when I came in for service.
