Very disappointed in there service center! My husband was in last week when they were offering discounted oil change for first responders, he was taken advantage of with receiving extra labor that was over priced that was never discussed with him while he was busy with two babies and the associate took advantage of the situation. Also said he would email other recommended services to us. That never happened. I followed up with a phone call to the manager that day and NEVER received a phone call back.
