I more than hated my experience at Bob Howard! If there was a lower rating I would use it. These people (and I spoke with/worked with several!) are all extremely lacking in their customer service skills. I went in on August 12th, was up front about my credit situation. I'm a single mom of three and my car broke down. I desperately needed a new vehicle and bought my previous car from Bob Howard so I wanted to return hoping for a similar experience. Went there to help a friend buy a used car and had a great experience with Bode. He asked what she was looking for and her budget. He worked with all of us the whole time! Even when it came to pricing they worked with us. Overall it was a great experience!
