Long wait but David comped me an oil change and rotation in the future. Work seemed good.
Referred a friend who purchased a vehicle here, was told I would receive a referall bonus of 200 dollars for referring him. Now here we are over a month later and nothing was told 2 weeks ago I had to fill out a w9 so I went to the store and did, now 2 weeks later and still getting the run around..

This was the second car purchase through Bob Howard. Our first experience wasn't great but 10 years had past so we tried it again. It was even worse the second time. Communication is horrible. Unprofessional in the Sales area. Financing has been a pain. No one calls back or answer emails. Went to register my vehicle and didn't have all the paperwork. Financing didn't provide it all. Overall, very dissatisfied and will not purchase from here or any Bob Howard dealerships.
True to my word I am editing my review. Thank you Bob Howard Service Manager Larry for fixing our truck with minimal cost to us. It looks like they even did an oil change. If I need a service department again I know where to come.
