My sales person Mark Samson was wonderful along with his manager Josh, they were so helpful in finding a vehicle that my newborn's car seat would fit into more easily than my Jeep. I was dreading the process with a newborn but they made it super easy!
A friend from Missouri was passing through when his trucks engine failed. He paid several thousand dollars for a new engine and when it was completed, he continued on his trip. 200 miles later the trucks brand new engine had troubles and he was forced to have another dealer fix the issues which was a result of the installation. Your dealership will not answer his calls or compensate him for your mistakes. Sounds like great customer service.
Had a friend do some engine work on his truck at this location.(Replace engine) pretty significant job. 200 miles from the dealership broke down. No one will answer his calls. Called from a different phone, answered on second ring. They lie and are very deceitful. If you are needing service done here take some advice and drive to the next town.
Shit for service....the mechanic and service manager are drinking buddy's...wonder if they were drunk when they fixed the Truck.
