I would definitely recommend against buying a car from here. I bought a car a little over a month ago and just a few weeks in I was having problems then more and more problems. The management was rude to me and told me they wouldn't help. Not that they couldn't but they wouldn't. It's terrible that I can't buy a working car from a dealership and it not run within a week. It's sad that Oklahoma doesn't have a Lemon Law for used vehicles. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE from Bob Howard Buick GMC. Do you even look under the hood before you put them on the lot? The experience I have had with them has been a nightmare & I will never do business with them. I was told they would not help me after the car stopped running 3 weeks after I drove it off their lot. They won't even look at it to tell me what's wrong. The service from their salesmen, managers, & even the GM has been terrible.
I recently came by here and purchased my first car from Mark Samson. I was on a time constraint and needed a vehicle quickly. He made the process as smooth as can be and really informed me about the various cars on the lot and how they run (even letting me test drive afew to get the feel of different car types). I was eventually able to narrow down my choices and got a car that I am very ecstatic with. I will be a returning customer and hope to do business again with Mark Samson in the near future!
