We went to look at vehicles in the hopes of purchasing something new or like new. Even after it looked like the numbers weren't going to work, they all but bent over backwards to get us into a great vehicle that met our checklist. The staff was professional yet personal. Honestly, we can't wait for our next upgrade to work with them again. Thanks!
Absolutely no stars! We were sold a truck from their used car lot and while we were in transit from Owasso to pick it up we were sent a text message that they sold it to another person. We had a bill of sale and everything. No trust, no ethics, just sorry service. I have never experience such POOR business practices in all my life. Sorry excuse for a dealership. Don't go there. They only wanted to sale a truck they financed, when they couldn't rape us with their high interest rate- they sold it out from under us.
Worst service ever!!! Would never send my family back to this place.
David Hall and the used car team have to be the worst, I compare this dealership to David Stanley and will tell everyone. I went to the dealership to look at a truck, once they got my information they not only ran me through 30 different banks but they lowered my credit score even lower but yet the sales manager and salesmen said we can get you into that truck. I've called 5 times to find out what is going on but no one will return calls or answer questions. The worst dealership next to David Stanley and their practices.
