Great experience, friendly staff, amazing prices!
We came into purchase a used car and we had a terrible experience with one of the sales guys. We ended up leaving. We came back that evening to look at the vehicle we liked and Mark Samson came to the rescue. He turned that bad experience around. I’ve usually taken my truck elsewhere for problems and they have been rude or have not fixed the issue. After bob Moore didn’t fix this problem, I took it to bob Howard which they fixed the issue in no time. They were super nice and professional. They have won my future business from here on. I had a rattle in the back of my new vehicle, and a bolt in my tire. I just pulled into the service department without an appointment. They took care of everything and got me back on my way. These guys were great!!
