The service staff is very kind. But what I'm tired of is the mechanics finding problems that are exaggerated to suck my money. Jamie Carpenter told me that my windshield wiper reservoir for the fluid had a big crack in it in the fluid was running straight through. Excuse me this is bullcrap. I have not added washer fluid to my car since my service date which is over two weeks ago and funny thing is I still have one hell of a lot of wiper fluid because I've been using it everyday the car. The man who sold me my car was nice but the price advertised on the Web and the price they sold it to me was not the same.
I bought my certified pre owned Silverado from Diver Chevrolet in Wilmington Del. The Air conditioning went out in it and I took it to Bob Bell on Kane st. for warranty service. FYI Bob Bell had no skin in the game. They could have put me on the back burner. They diagnosed the condenser big surprise GM needs to recall this.
