Wait times are way too long for oil changes otherwise, the staff is fantastic.
All though it took them along time to complete but overall I was still satisfy with their services and I could not believe how so darn clean the bathroom was. Out of all the car dealers I have been too this is the first time I experience a more modern and clean bathroom.
I usually go to Mall Chevy in New Jersey and the treatment I get there is very good customer service. At Bob Bell it was very racist, poor attitudes, liars and thieves. They tried to charge over $1,000 to put in a water pump. Jamie is not a good rep.
Not very organized. I called and asked if I should make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and the said yes. I got there and they informed me that they don't take appointments for oil changes....two and a half hours later my car was finished. The one in bel air is so much better but is too far for me now. They need to organize their order when it comes to first come first served. They were very nice and apologetic.
If Jaime isn't helping me the pieces for a simple oil change and new tire can make you pull your hair out. From the long wait to even check your vehicle in. They need to do better. I only come because they are the dealer. But each time it gets worse rather go somewhere else the next time.
Service department - had our truck in 3-4 times complaining of transmission problems. Each time we were told there was nothing wrong because the machines were not reading any errors codes. A test drive made it very clear of the transmission issues. Bob Bell service is afraid to get a little grease on their hands and find the issue. Transmission blew up on me 150 miles from home on the side of Rt. 68. Horrible service department and customer service.
