Took my Chevy Malibu to get oil changed and tires rotation was an very good experience everyone was ready and on the ball waiting room was comfy and when I was done they offered to give my Betsy a bath which I accept great team great job thank you
Got to Bob Bell at 1015, on March 11 for tire rotation and oil change, I walked out of service area at 145. i pulled in the service lane and had 1 car in front of me. Lady pulled up 10 minutes after me she gets her car 1/2 hour before I got my car done. I was told by a customer that was sitting with me at 115, she has been there for the same thing as I was, came in 930 that morning. she got her car 10 minutes before I got my car. Not happy this time around with their service department.
Never again! Brought car in for "free winterization" left without even looking at the car. Free isn't free as advertised.
I had an exceptional experience there the week leading in to Christmas 2016. Saw a car i wanted online, went to check it out but it had sold that morning. The sales rep, whose name escapes me right now, I guess, saw how much i wanted that particular car, in that particular color,for that particular price, called me the next day and told me he was holding the car for me, since financing fell thru for the person who originally purchased the car. Long story short, I GOT MY CAR and I'm a happy camper. Merry Christmas to me!!!

Had my Equinox in for routine oil change and tire rotation the week of Thanksgiving, car ready for pick up before promised. Unfortunately had to return the car the day after Thanksgiving for a dead battery. Dropped it off after 4 pm with the hope of getting it back at least the next day, there was a line of cars waiting to get into the service area.
