I really like Bob Bell Chevrolet. The Sales staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I just bought my third car from Bob Bell Chevrolet and am very happy. I bought a 2017 Sonic Sedan and I am crazy about this car. Bob Bells staff are very friendly and help you through the whole process of buying a car.

Had truck in for service... AC not blowing cold, Check Engine light on, Service 4WD notice on display... Well, 2 days and $2400 later I get my truck... Now 2 weeks later the check engine light is back on.. I called Bob Bell Service on Monday 7/31 and was put on hold and subsequently got a voicemail, left message, no call back.. On 8/1 I called again... call was answered by a service secretary, who transferred me, again I got another voicemail message.. Again, no return call.. Staff did all they could to get the work completed before closing. Also since it was going to take 5hrs staff made sure I could get home until they completed. All of staff was very Professional and curtieous.
Never take your car here. Customer service is horrible. They take your money and claim the issue is resolved, when it's not they continuously give you the run around. I've taken my car there a dozen times for the same issue since January. Paid more than $1,000 and all they want is more money. Service agent Jaime is a horrible person so I recommend working with someone else. She has hung up on me multiple times when I asked to speak with her manager. Amanda Copeland was the best thing going for this company and she is gone.
At first i was very disappointed that it took 3 days just to do a diagnostic than having to wait over the weekend for the part to be ordered. I also had to contact them myself to get a rental car (6 days without our car) but in the end they fixed more than just the issue we came in there for that was under special warranty. Everyone i spoke to was very friendly.
I only go to Bob Bell on Kane St. Jamie who works in service is awesome. I am on oxygen and she always tries to get me done as fast as she can so my tank doesn't run out. Ronda the cashier couldn't be any sweeter. Sometimes the wait is a little long but then again they are busy which is a good thing it shows people like going there.
