Had an oil change and tire rotation done. Went to the express lane, no appt. necessary, job was complete in one hour, well satisfied
We purchased a used Chevy Traverse from them. Virgil white told us that our vehicle had a tow hitch. It had gotten dark out and started to rain, we did not get down on our hands and knees and check. Since we camp on a regular basis we were looking to have an SUV that had a tow hitch that can tow the camper. I will not be bringing my vehicles in for service to your company, I will never purchase another vehicle from you. I detest being lied to. Extremely poor business practices.
Had a flat tire to be fixed leaving hospital on the way back to Florida. They went out of their way to help. We had some adjustments to make for me to travel in comfort and they provided us a way to do that. I especially want to thank Wendy and Joe. I made it back to Florida. Thank you for everything.

Went shopping for a new car last week and had the best experience ever! Gaurav was my salesman. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me find a nice suv with in my price range. I also had the pleasure of meeting Joe,George and Dave. They were very nice to me and made me feel comfortable. All 4 of them helped make buying a new car less stressful. I will definitely be returning to bob bell on Kane street next time I purchase a car.

Service terrible 730 AM appointment for 50K service car not finished until 4 PM oil change tire rotation radiator flush Service Department personal very rude will never return to this place again
