I scheduled my 2014 chevy volt for service at 8am on Thursday. I recevied the email reminder for my appointment yesterday. When I arrived this morning, I was informed they had no record of my appointment. After I showed them the email, they still insisted it wasnt in their system. Chevy, said Id have to wait 2-3 hours until a Volt Tech was available to diagnose the vehicle. I asked, if I could come back when the tech was available. They said "No". bob bell still owes me 5,000 dollars. they sold me a truck, we put it on the insurance and they turned around and sold it to someone else. After we bought it!!! This was last week and I still haven't gotten my money back. no apology, nothing. All I want is my money back.

Just bought a 2018 Chevy Express about a week ago. Once driving it I notice a shaking and immediately made an appointment at the service center where they confirmed there were two different sets of tires on the vehicle hence the shaking issue. I've only been there 3 times and all 3 have been good for me, there is a bit of a wait but if you make an appointment and take a good book in my case ( in my case it was the Bible ) the time will pass before you know it.
We went to another Dealership and they were unwilling to work with us on a used car price. We found our Honda CR-V on the internet and it was at Bob Bell, we went to take a look at the CR-V and met our sales associate, Nate. He was kind, gracious and helpful. We bought the car from him the next day!
The total experience was terrible! The wait time was atrocious for an oil change it shouldn't have taken almost 3 hours. I'am mortified by the unconcern of the staff in general. I was not a pleasant experience and I will not recommend anyone to come to this location for any reason and I myself will not return for ANY services you offer
