We had a deal to buy a used 2012 Jeep with Sam on Wednesday. Had an appointment today, Friday, at 10am. Took the morning off work to go sign papers and pick it up. We get there and they've sold the car to someone else. Not even an apology, just excuses. Lovely.
The staff are warm and welcoming. I received exceptional service from Bill Korbin. I would highly recommend this dealership and Bill Korbin to friends and the community. I left the dealership ecstatic with my dream car!

Do not bother to bring your car to the service department at this location. I called to schedule an appointment on November 28th they couldn't see me till December 14th because they were VERY busy. I bring my van in at 8:00 am they service person called me at 3:30 to tell me they didn't have time to get to my van, would I like a rent a car and hopefully they can get to it tomorrow. Wow now that's customer service. I think I will find a new dealer to go too. I would give it a lower grade but that is not available.
