Bob Baker Jeep needs to work on how they treat their customers. On Father.s Day with my three old and wife in tow we went to get a Grand Cherokee. After being there for five hours left empty handed and frustrated. I love my Jeep Liberty that have owned for 12 years and bought from Bob Baker. This is not the first time I have been at the dealership this year, i help my daughter purchase a Jeep Patriot and the process took 6 hours.
