Was literally just told by the service department that the manager said they cannot do warranty work on my wrangler because it has aftermarket parts in general. I suggest you inform yourself on the actually legalities instead of lying to potential customers. Its called the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and it is a United States federal law, trust me I checked and nothing disqualifies using from the work we were requesting for. General Manager Kurt Anderson made sure that my family was well taken care during the purchase of our new Jeep. Great staff, very professional, honest and friendly.
Couldn't be happier with the staff, Russell in fleet sales was great. Didn't try to play games with the advertised price like several other dealerships did. We'll be going back when it's time to replace the wife's car. And thanks Russell for saving my family from having to deal with any other unsavory dealership practices.
We had a transmission leak while on a road trip far from home. They took us in immediately to evaluate it for us. They cleaned up all the fluid that had spread everywhere, including the brakes. This allowed us to at least get the vehicle home more safely. Special shout out to Jason Sheppard, who took great care of us.
