This dealership offered a promotion for a $50 gift card if you test drove a vehicle. They won't follow through with it. Their position is that if you bought the car, they are done with you - even if they said they would honor it - and if you didn't buy the car, the hell with you. As this business will commit fraud on such an obvious and stupid level to get people in the door, ask yourself what kind of fraud are they capable of?
I was looking to purchase a preowned vehicle. Marcella, internet sales, single handedly lost my business for her company. Initially, she was just not friendly and did not answer all of my questions. When it came down to negotiating, she was rude and insulting. She insulted my car buying intelligence and my financial situation. I am looking for a fairly priced vehicle. I can afford to buy and I am willing to buy a fairly priced vehicle.
My husband and I came in on 10-27-18 and we were looking to trade in our car for a truck we knew we would be upside down because my car was newer instead of talking to us about it our sales guy ALI yelled at not only me but my husband telling us how stupid we were to be trading in a car that was new.
