Horrible experience with Bob Baker. Bought a truck from here not even 4 years ago and ran into issues with it and now there turning there eye away saying it’s not there issue even thought it’s still cover under warranty. Definitely will never come back here nor would I ever recommend to any service member’s!
I was so excited when I found the Jeep Gladiator I was looking for at this dealership. I live in Arizona but frequently work in the San Diego area so I thought this would be perfect. I contacted them several times before getting a response - then got handed from person to person never getting a straight answer. Super disappointed that the Bob Baker Fiat team couldn’t help me get access to my car after being only a few minutes late to the dealership. Team was incredibly unhelpful. As a small entrepreneur who was in meetings all day, I know what it’s like to be in a service industry and don’t feel that Bob Baker Team did what they could to help me out. Bummed and annoyed.
The General Manager at this location, Samer K, provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any dealership. I was attempting to drop off my lease, and then he told me that they couldn't accept it. I told him I talked to a lady at that location the day prior and she told me to bring it on by and it would be taken in without any problems. This place is horrible. I literally walked into the dealership 3 different times to buy a car, and they can’t close a deal. First visit- didn’t have the Jeep I wanted on lot. They were going to find it elsewhere for me. Guy couldn’t figure out how to search inventory on computer. Said they would get back to me.never did. Second Visit- I could not test drive the car I wanted, because they could not locate the keys. Third visit- Had an appt with Ray. This place is super professional and organized and I had a great experience with the salesman. Unfortunately this all flipped when I got to the finance room. Things ran a little long and I ended up being at there far longer than I could to make an appointment and being absolutely rushed to wrap things up in finance surrendered to pushes for a Karr antitheft system. I immediately regretted it. I contacted them and am now headed back to have it removed and refunded.
IF I COULD PUT 0 STARS I WOULD. THE AMOUNT OF UNPROFESSIONALISM IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS OBSCENE. HELPING A FRIEND TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE WITH CREDIT, DOWNPAYMENT, AND FLEXIBLE MONTHLY BUDGET, AND THESE LAZY SALES AGENTS TRIED TO COERCE US INTO A CREDIT APPLICATION WITHOUT DISCLOSING PRICE. DISGUSTING SALES TACTICS BEING USED AT THIS DEALERSHIP. A SALE LOST. NO WONDER THE BUILDING WAS EMPTY AND THEIR INVENTORY STAYS SITTING COLLECTING DUST ON THE LOT. DISGUSTING.
