I purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler with 3000 miles on it (practically brand new car that was owned by the dealership) and was told I would receive the spare key in the mail. Now almost two weeks later I haven’t received the spare key and was now told that used cars come with whatever keys they have although the night I purchased the Jeep I was told it would be mailed to me (once again the Jeep has 3000 miles on it and owned by the dealership previously).

Worst experience ever! Service department sucks!!!
Brought my 2017 Chrysler 300c in for warranty repair on Tuesday. It was missing two retainer clips from the truck's liner. It is now Sat. It has been with them almost a whole week for something that could be done in five mins. This is the worst dealership I have ever encountered! I was told everyday it would be the next day and they are waiting for the parts; two retainer clips for $4. We had a very good experience at Bob Baker. Bought a 2017 Ram. Our salesman was John Werner. He was excellent. Went all out to help us find the truck we wanted. He was not pushy but really helpful. Also very knowledgeable about Ram pickups. If you go to Bob Baker Dodge ask for John. Thanks!
