My boyfriend waited over 2 weeks for them to do a heater core. No communication by staff. They can’t answer phones, they come up with excuses as to why it’s not done after 8 times of them saying “it should be done tomorrow” and the only way anything got done is when he sat there and waited. HORRIBLE service.

This has to be one of the worst experiences with a dealership-ever. Every day there is an excuse, or a lie about why my daughters car is still sitting in the service department untouched. No return phone calls or emails. No communication, no respect, no customer service. If you want to be treated in an open and honest manner, go somewhere else.
I’ve bought several vehicles over the past 20 years and have always come away satisfied with the deals. Have had a great experience overall with purchases and service.
I am not happy with my experience at Bob Baker Carlsbad. I went in there and as I was speaking to my bank on the phone trying to get a better value for my trade-in the managerial staff came out in an aggressive and hostile state I felt attacked. I hung up on my bank and I walked out because of being former military I’m not in the habit of having people attacked me verbally or otherwise my experience with Bob Baker was very poor
