Consumer fraud report they fraudulently put in fake income to get sale done didnt provide me with documentation after bank learned they lied on application and failed to cancel loan after I took car back they threatened me called me ******** and this car was sold 2 weeks after they refunded me but never reported to the lender

I was trying to purchase a truck here, but I am located in another state so I asked if I needed to put down a deposit to hold the truck, because the banks were closed in my state. I was told that would not be necessary and that they would sell me the truck the next day. I get all of my bank paperwork done and sent over to them the following day, like I said I would, and I called to make sure that they received it, they said that they did and they would be back in contact. We went to buy a truck from them, had price on windshield, was approved for the truck, after getting our down-payment, we went to sign everything, they said they would not sell the truck to us for that price, and would not even let us know the price they wanted for it, ******* is a piece of garbage, and ****** the finance manager/guy is nothing but a LIAR

They charge a lot for their services. I used to think it was because you were paying for better quality labor. I had some odd experiences there but thought they were just flukes. Recently, they performed work on my vehicle that I never requested and charged me for it. They did not perform the tasks that I asked. On 6/22/25 I purchased a New 2025 Jeep wrangler from this dealership. I I left the dearlership and made it approx. 7 miles down the road and had a blow out. I called my sales person ***** D immediately. He said I had to call the *** help line. He couldn't help me. The help line could get someone there for approx. 3-4 hrs. I needed up using my AAA. My experience with this dealership hasn't been what you would expect. My daughter bought an older pre-owned vehicle which seemed to be in good condition. Within a few days she started to notice different noises coming from the car as she drove it. I had her take it to a shop that normally works on my cars.
