I let them know that your service tech had misdiagnosed my vehicle. They said that that is not their fault, even after charging a diagnostics fee. Granger 2 The website showed a sale price for a vehicle. September 29th I asked for an out the door price based on the online price with my own financing and no trade in. Our engine died (due to a cam problem many wranglers are having) at under 30,000 miles. I have been in and out of the shop most of the summer (was without a car for 3 months+). The top half of the engine was replaced and garavels admission with out properly connecting the fuel injection. Our car smelled like gasoline and then the engine broke again as a result. I took my truck to *** Glover in ****** to get it fixed and they have had my truck going on 3 months now and I keep getting the run around when asking for updates, I went and physically looked at my truck to see what they have done and find that they spliced some wires together instead of replacing with a new harness that they charged me for. They're definitely not out of business. They're still there at the same location doing their shady business and lying to customers. Save yourself and do not bring your vehicle in there for any repairs. They will lie to your face to get you drop it off and say they have all the parts in stock. Afterwards Will lie that the parts were not the right ones or were faulty and they order new ones that seem to take days if not weeks to come in.
