Id give half a star if possible. Not fair. Not honest. Ridiculous. BOB ALLEN MOTOR MALL sold me a 10 yr old jeep with 73k miles with a blown head gasket. And they did nothing except cover up what was wrong with it.. they looked at it 2 times, have receipts along with at least 9 more receipts from 4 shops and replacing the entire coolant system when all along it was the head gasket . Purchased a new 2024 1500 Denali powered with the 3L duramax July 19, 2024. Since the first week of ownership I randomly receive a message on the instrument cluster that I have water in fuel. I just crawl under the vehicle and drain at the filter/separator. The vehicle was a month old and the check engine light illuminated and a message of service emissions soon, vehicle will proceed into limp mode in 165 miles. I did speak with this customer regarding this problem and there is no possible way we put gasoline in the def tank. If there is gasoline in the def tank as the unknown dealer has instructed him it was most certainly a mistake on his part or vandalism. There is no possible way the vehicle would operate for almost 7000 miles or more with a def tank with gasoline in it. Bob Allen Motor mall had great customer service. Buying my truck was stress free. They were very helpful and answered any questions i had. Debbie provided a gray customer experience when i bought my Truck. I would definitely buy another truck from them again.
Dealer had a 2024 Denali Truck priced at $82,565 MSRP with a $7,573 discount noted below it with a note, when you clicked on the note, it went to a further note that showed "Discount available to everyone" . Thus the assumed advertised price of the truck was $72,992 with no restrictions or other stipulations. After driving 45 miles to the Dealer and test driving the truck, our salesman priced the truck at $80,000 + taxes/fees, bringing the final price to well over $85,000. My wife and I bought a car for our son 2 years ago. It was a used car so we purchased the extended warranty. The sales person told us that "with this warranty, you will never have to worry about a thing." We started having a problem with the transmission. Long story short it took more than a week for them to look at it then they sent it to Pinnacle Ford in Nicholasville who took 4 more days to diagnosis as "water intrusion" in the tranmission which the warranty doesn't cover. I am very sorry that you feel I did not try and help Phillip. I did try and get something done for you, but when the dealership found water in the tranny pan and fluid and the warranty company declared it had been submerged in water that was tough to overcome. As I discussed with you about your young sons vehicle I would contact my insurance company and file a claim as it had obviously been in water.
I have bought a truck from Bob Allen used cars and trucks in Danville ky and its a piece of junk i gave them almost 9000 dollars for it 2 months ago and I have only gotten to drive it about 300 miles because it's leaking coolant so badly and I think it's only right that they fix the truck im sure if it was the other way around they would want their vehicle fixed to if they had to work as I as I do for my money im just warning you be careful of what you buy from them I don't think they are very trustworthy people
