Ok so I am particular when it comes to buying certain things. And I don't like the "pushy" or "salesy" type folks. They just rub me wrong. I understand everyone has a quota and what not, but I would much rather be listened to rather than just ignored on what I really wanted. For that reason, I LOVE the folks at Bob Allen! I felt so comfortable when I walked through the doors. Smiles on everyone's faces and they were just a big happy family! So thanks for the non pushy, salesy atmosphere, y'all. You rock!
Anytime I have been in here for service or otherwise, the staff is always very knowledgeable and courteous. The pace of service is always quick, and I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone whether they're looking to buy or just need their vehicle worked on.
I've been working with Devin l****** on getting a truck for myself and he has been working his tail off to find me something that will work for my budget. He is very patient and kind and I will definitely be recommending anyone I know to go see him about getting a vehicle.
