Very good buying experience . I ordered a 2021 Escalade took awhile to get, but they stayed on it till it came in . Tashia Knox was ours sales representative she was very knowledgeable and at delivery took all the time we need to go over and explain the functions of the vehicle .
I came in just looking for cars not sure what I wanted and Tashia K*** came over and helped me right away! She was very friendly and let me ask a million questions. She even took me on several test drives with different cars to see which would be a fit for me.
Tashia was top of the line. She was able to help me and answer my questions about different SUV's. This girl knows her stuff. She went above and beyond.
Me and my girlfriend came in looking for truck, unfortunately for our credit we didn't leave with a truck. We worked with Noah and he was very patient with us as we walked away with a GMC Terrain. The employees at bob allen did a great job but I did find some flaws with the vehicle once I got it home. The trunk of the vehicle is retaining water and I cannot figure out where it is coming from.
