Still on the hunt with Boardwalk but absolutely loving them so far! Our interactions with Ester and Elisa have always been so positive and helpful. Elisa has really taken the time to understand what we are hunting for and is so patient with us even when we are flip flopping on what we like about a place or don't. After meeting a few Bristol estate agents that could not be bothered with doing their job it was refreshing to be dealing with Boardwalk. Molly was enthusiastic and helpful showing me round the property. Karon has kept me informed and the sale progress tracker is really helpful. So, given the ups and downs of any house purchase, it has gone pretty smoothly and I have known where I stood at any given moment.
Boardwalk did such a fantastic job helping us sell our house. Tom Bolshaw was excellent from the start of the process to the end. Very communicative and straight talking. Boardwalk were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Ester was great during the selling process, and was always on hand with viewings. Ellis (sales progressions) deserves a medal 🥇 our process wasn’t straight forward, we faced unexpected probate issues, then our buyers faced some delays from their solicitors.
