Wonderful experience While looking for an apartment, I worked with Dan at Boardwalk Properties, and I had a really good experience. He called or sent me a text every day to let me know about leads he had found. He is very willing to work with your budget, and is incredibly nice! Overall a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend Boardwalk Properties.

AWESOME Service and expertise! I needed an agent that was going to get me top dollars for my luxury condo in Boston. I needed someone with experience and the credentials to prove it. Boardwalk Properties were the only ones that were able to impress me. All the avenues of promotion were high quality to coincide with listing, and even promote it internationally. I got top dollar for my condo, and theyre helping me buy a larger condo in my desired area.
Great experience I was really happy with Boardwalk Properties! John Canning is the man! We had a flat tire and were stuck in Somerville and he said not to worry. He actually came and picked us up at our house and drove us around and showed us tons of stuff in Lower Allston, Oak Square and two in Watertown. We couldnt believe how many different areas he knew. Smooth transaction For the most part the transaction went very smooth. Albert was easy to deal with. After we made our decision, we worked closely with their sales assistant as well. She was responsive and thorough as well.
