best of the best! These people are definitely anything but rude! They were courteous and professional and helped my hubby and I find our dream home! They were a very take personable and listened to our wants and needs. I was really impressed!
Worst agency ever. First of all, the agent (A certain Mr. Vargas) showed me a good place at a great price. However, being the incompetent idiot that he is, got the apartment number wrong and as a result I was left without heating for nearly 2 months. In addition to that, due to his utter lack of intelligence and simple laziness, it took him nearly a year to get my safety deposit back; when I finally went to talk to his supervisor about the situation, he threatened to physically harm me.
In leau of a review, I am posting the letter I sent to their lawyer I am extremely displeased with your client?s service and subsequent offensive behavior toward my roommates and me, and I intend on advising everyone I am able to to not use Boardwalk?s services. I am completely appalled at the truly despicable way Boardwalk had chosen to handle the business of what would have been a valuable client.
money hungry vultures this is the first time and last time using this company. first of all, they showed us a beautiful apt which we wanted, but i gave it away to other tenants as they were in too big of a hurry for their $. they then found us an apt for $2,400.00, and in the middle of getting all the room mates forms back, raised it another $100.00!!! the manager josh is a very rude, abrasive human being that needs to take a course on how to treat clients. he is one of the most arrogant people i have ever met. they are also... read more
Amazing Experience Kyle at Boardwalk Properties is currently my favorite person. He helped us find an apartment on a very short timeline, and he was consistently knowledgable, nice and available. I was especially impressed that he was so attentive to us despite the fact that I think we were spending substantially less than his usual client-base. Amazing sales agency. This past summer my wife and I decided we wanted to buy our own place. We had been contemplating it for years and the market was finally right. We wanted to live as close to Boston as possible, as long as we could afford it. A friend of ours referred us to Debbie at Boardwalk Properties. She said she had had a great experience renting an apartment with Debbie and that she was the type of person that would be patient enough with first time home buyers.
Great Company - No Hassle I found an agent through the rentboardwalk.com website. An agent contacted me immediately and found me an apartment within no time. We met twice to do showings. Both times I did not feel that my time was wasted, as all the apartments I was shown matched my criteria??s. Not only was I shown properties that matched my criteria but I was shown 9 properties on the first showing and at least 5 on the second.
