Nice & Friendly Realtors The realtor I worked with at Boardwalk Properties was very nice and found me many affordable apartments to rent. Unfortunately, the realtor geared me and my roommate away from the area we wanted to live in telling us that we could not afford those locations. However, when we talked to other realtors we were able to find many affordable locations in our desired area.
Really went above and beyond We had been working with another property manager right before we got married that completely fell through and we both had given 30 day notices to each of our apartments. A friend rents from Boardwalk and suggested them. I didn't expect much since it was such short notice but they actually found us a great, spacious place, perfect for our budget. They really went above and beyond to make sure of this.

In leau of a review, I am posting the letter I sent to their lawyer I am extremely displeased with your clients service and subsequent offensive behavior toward my roommates and me, and I intend on advising everyone I am able to to not use Boardwalks services. Smooth transaction For the most part the transaction went very smooth. Albert was easy to deal with. After we made our decision, we worked closely with their sales assistant as well. She was responsive and thorough as well.
Great job Dan did a great job for us. He was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods we were interested in. He was also very flexible and patient with us. He was able to answer all of our questions and was great in helping us find the place to fit our needs. We recommend him to anyone.
Great Affordable Service I recently found Boardwalk Properties online and contacted them about some properties they had had listed. The agent responded right away to all of my requests and questions and made my search so much easier and less stressful. Though the agent is really down-to-earth and was so patient with me (It was my first home purchase), They knew how to get things done! The agent helped me find the home I LOVE and got me the BEST DEAL I could ever asked for.
