Nice & Friendly Realtors The realtor I worked with at Boardwalk Properties was very nice and found me many affordable apartments to rent. Unfortunately, the realtor geared me and my roommate away from the area we wanted to live in telling us that we could not afford those locations. However, when we talked to other realtors we were able to find many affordable locations in our desired area.
I will use them again. Nice agent, friendly staff, nice phone etiquette, and quick response times. I will use them again.
Friendly, but limited The agent who took my friend and I around was very friendly and knew a great deal about the brighton area. He was, however, not receptive to our wishes to look in other areas and failed to finalize a meeting the next day to look in other neighborhoods
Really went above and beyond We had been working with another property manager right before we got married that completely fell through and we both had given 30 day notices to each of our apartments. A friend rents from Boardwalk and suggested them. I didn't expect much since it was such short notice but they actually found us a great, spacious place, perfect for our budget. They really went above and beyond to make sure of this.
Great Company - No Hassle I found an agent through the rentboardwalk.com website. An agent contacted me immediately and found me an apartment within no time. We met twice to do showings. Both times I did not feel that my time was wasted, as all the apartments I was shown matched my criteriaâs. Not only was I shown properties that matched my criteria but I was shown 9 properties on the first showing and at least 5 on the second. Wonderful experience We had a great experience with Boardwalk Properties . We worked with Jon to purchase a house inside the loop, who is extremely knowledgeable. Jon was patient and very helpful throughout the entire process and helped us find the perfect home for us. We truly enjoyed working with him. Even after we bought the house, Jon has followed up with us to make sure everything was going well. He is very responsive and was always looking out for us throughout the whole home buying process.
I love the search options on their website I love the search options on their website. I was able to preview homes in my price range before going down to meet with the realtor, so it made the buying process a whole lot faster.

Best Apartments Boardwalk Properties gave me the best service I have received in a while. I have been looking for a 2 bedroom apartment in a specific price range and Boardwalk only showed me apartments relevant to my search. Most places advertise apartments that sound great but then when you show up those places have "already been rented" and they end up showing you places that are much more expensive/ out of your price range.
