Great experience I was really happy with Boardwalk Properties! John Canning is the man! We had a flat tire and were stuck in Somerville and he said not to worry. He actually came and picked us up at our house and drove us around and showed us tons of stuff in Lower Allston, Oak Square and two in Watertown. We couldn’t believe how many different areas he knew. Perfect for new comers to Boston! Boardwalk Properties was the perfect company to find me an apartment in Boston upon my arrival. Being a young woman coming from another city it is hard to know the "good" spots to live. Boardwalk properties took all of my concerns to heart and addressed them at every apartment that we visited. AWESOME Service and expertise! I needed an agent that was going to get me top dollars for my luxury condo in Boston. I needed someone with experience and the credentials to prove it. Boardwalk Properties were the only ones that were able to impress me. All the avenues of promotion were high quality to coincide with listing, and even promote it internationally. I got top dollar for my condo, and they’re helping me buy a larger condo in my desired area.
Amazing sales agency. This past summer my wife and I decided we wanted to buy our own place. We had been contemplating it for years and the market was finally right. Great place to rent from As a first time renter, I was apprehensive of property management companies but a friend referred me saying I would definitely find what I was looking for so I gave it a shot. I don't regret it at all. I love my place and if I ever decide to move, I am going to them first.

Worst agency ever. First of all, the agent (A certain Mr. Vargas) showed me a good place at a great price. However, being the incompetent idiot that he is, got the apartment number wrong and as a result I was left without heating for nearly 2 months. In addition to that, due to his utter lack of intelligence and simple laziness, it took him nearly a year to get my safety deposit back; when I finally went to talk to his supervisor about the situation, he threatened to physically harm me.
