Very unresponsive and what little communication I have had with them, they very quickly said its a Council matter and gave no support, only for the Council to say it is their responsibility. That has delayed the problem 3 months and even having contacted them now (with the same email I see them recommending to contact for the other 1-star reviews) I have yet to even have an email to confirm they have received my email even after a further 2 weeks. Very poor building management services. We are a 7 storey flat and the lift has been broken for three months despite constant chasing. Complete disrespect to all its users. Would not recommend.
Unresponsive and negligent – very poor experience My experience with BNS as a managing agent has been deeply disappointing. we raised an issue with a dangerously deteriorating fence on the development where I live repeatedly over the course of more than two years. One of the UK's worst companies for service delays. I've lived at Marsh House Apartment for over three years, and it's been more than two months and they still can't repair a lift. I struggled to find a daily route for a senior citizen who lives on the 6th and 7th floors (TOP FLOOR).
Stole £700 of overpaid service charges from me and refused to respond to my complaints. Badly ran the building I lived in including not completing financial records for three years. Avoid at all costs.
