I don’t even want to give this company 1 star. We have unfortunately had a terrible experience using BNS’ “services”. They charge astronomical prices and tell you it’s standard. We have been trying to leave them but they will not communicate with us. They haven’t sent us a final invoice so we can close our account. We’ve been waiting for this for months. I am writing this review to personally thank Tina Munford. In the 12 months since purchasing my property I have had several reasons to contact Tina and the help and support I have received has been exemplary. Thank you so much - you really are a star and a credit to the business :)
I've found BNS to be very responsive. The ticketing system via the app is very effective and I get regular communication. Options are clearly given e.g. whose responsibility to pay lease hinder or landlord for each given situation. There are changes if staff in all lines if work and I don't find I have any continuity issues. Having been indirectly exposed to awful management companies (Firstport) I'd say we're pretty lucky with BNS
They only seem to exist to rip off leaseholders
