Very impressive first experience away from Mini dealers. Our car developed an unexpected fault which required recovery as the car was undrivable. BN works were very helpful and responsive on the phone despite no previous dealings with them. Excellent garage, I had a low coolant level warning on Friday causing my engine to overheat. I spoke to suky who accepted the car on the day despite them being busy. They managed to turn it around by Monday morning and got me driving again. They were upfront about the cost of everything and the price was really reasonable. Will be using them again in the future, very impressed.
Excellent from the guys at BN Works. Serviced our BMW 1 series They were roughly half the price of the price of the main dealers and I got a much better service overall. Idrive was updated on the main BMW servers and I'm very happy Thanks again guys. I'll deffinitely be back next year and recommend you to family and friends.
