Brian was absolutely fantastic. From the first point of contact, he was prompt, polite, and extremely professional. He answered all our questions clearly and kept us informed throughout. He turned up exactly when he said he would and did an excellent job connecting our oven to the gas. The quality of his work was outstanding, and it’s clear he takes pride in what he does. had a new boiler installed today by Brian in Heath Charnock - absolutely 5* service. came home to a lovely warm and clean house. Brian had even put the kitchen units back together for us. highly recommended very knowledgeable, friendly and honest engineer. 100% recommend
