Sadly this story has to be told. A good friend of mine brought his car into service there because I recommended it for him to have his vehicle serviced.Had his 2013 535xi serviced there. During the service, a part broke and it was no big deal but the technician broke the part. As a conclusion the service manager refused to take any responsibility in this situation and nothing was made right. The after math of this was my friend traded in his BMW for Lexus. I stopped treating myself to toys a while ago. Thanks to Frank I got an awesome used 2008 BMW 128i with a 6 speed, got it for a fair price & she is as clean as can be. My experience at BMW Peabody has been terrific. The sales person, Jeff, is fantastic. He doesn't hard sell or spin, rather he helps you find what youre looking for to meet all your needs. Jeff is very accomodating, knowledgeable, and friendly; a real pleasure to work with. Dan helped me in finance as well. With several documents to complete, he has the process down so youre in and out. And my experience ended with Rob, the BMW Genius.
