Worst customer service, I've called multiple times on 2 different occasions. Never got a call back either time after multiple messages left with service. When Finally spoke to someone they said it would be roughly 3 weeks and they didn't have a loaner car for me. Rather save the money on all t b email "perks" and go around the corner and get better service (took me same day I called, took 1 day and was 200 cheaper). Will never use bmw in peabody
Bought my x1 here Last year love the car. Needed service at the last minute the team was fabulous they got me in and solved the problem. Highly recommend BMW of peabody. Best service team in MA. By far and I have done business with other dealerships. Susan Hawes
