Extremely disappointed in the customer service by the used car sales representative and the floor manager. I can't get anyone to return a call or email. We have officially requested that our deposit be returned IAW the agreement since 9 May 17 and as of today we have received only one response via email stating that our request was received. I will not do business with this dealership in future.

Great service, and they were kind enough to shuffle us to nearby shops and restaurants for lunch. All good!!
I have purchased 2 X5's within the past 2 years from BMW of Peabody, Mike Bonacorso the salesperson I purchased the cars from is very knowledgeable and a great guy. The service I receive is outstanding and the quality of a BMW speaks for itself! Strongly recommend BMW of Peabody!

I appreciated all the time Jeff Benoit spent with me on finding the perfect 535 for me. He was straight forward with all his answers. Also want to thank Sergio for the information provided on the multiple test drives and review of the vehicle when purchased. This is my second BMW from them and have always found them to be great! The service at centennial is also great.
