BMW of Peabody is without question my go to BMW dealer and service center. Rob Hannafin and the other members of the service team are very knowledgeable, responsive and clear in their communication and action for their customers. I have always had superb service and communication with all of the team. I highly recommend them.
My car just received its 50K service and I must say that all my service experiences have been top notch. Matt H. is great to work with and always kept me up to speed with what was happening with my vehicle. I have had roughly 5 experiences with the service department and all 5 either met or exceeded my expectations. Thank you BMW of Peabody.

After almost a year for recall they finally have one of the air bags for my x5 but need to change 2 but anyway a brought my car they where careless what they washed they ruin my sensors and this is the second time I hate to take my car in there but because the recall I did now I going to have to pay from my own packet because they won’t

Based on the vehicle I had picked from their used inventory (which was in the process of being reconditioned) he located a couple of similarly equipped vehicles to help affirm that the X3 was right for me. Well done!!
