The best experience I have had buying a car has been at BMW peabody with Jeff Benoit ! Everyone knows how stressful it can be when shopping for a car. Not only was Jeff knowledgeable but he really did go above and beyond for me. Most importantly he was sincere , not your typical hard sell salesman , and that is very rare in this industry !

550 miles from home, my sensor went off for a flat tire. Having only had my 528i for two weeks, I fortunately found BMW of Peabody to help me. Much colder in MA from where I live and one tire just needed air. They didn't make me feel silly for stopping in, checked all the tires and reset the pressure monitor. Thanks for getting me back on the road!
