This place is garbage. The sales people are total liars. Now understand that I totally got approved but that is not the case. I told the sales person what I wanted and what I wanted to pay and he told me they to let him work me a deal and they would come off the price of a vehicle. This $#@!*(%( liar, they would not come off the price and were trying to get me for the full sticker of a used car of at 39K AND ONLY BOOKS FOR 28K AT BEST. This model didn't even have the M package. I cannot begin to tell you my horror story at this dealships service department....Absolute nightmare and at the end was given my car back damaged.... A total facade when you walk in....I will never return!

NEVER COMING BACK. I was sold a brand new 2018 BMW X1 with an engine fan that was “coming apart” and “damaged.” These are the exact words from a BMW service report I obtained after a vehicle inspection in Sherman Oaks, just two weeks after purchasing my car. The salesperson misrepresented the vehicle’s condition during the sale (said the loud noise from the fan was normal) and I am now filing a fraudulent misrepresentation complaint against this dealership. I have been taking ALL my BMW's to BMW of Riverside for Servicing (550i, M3,and M5) over the past 5 years. Last week, I took my M5 in for service. They gave me a loaner (X1) to use in the interim. I apparently ran over a nail in the X1 and when I took it back, they made me purchase a brand new tire! Ridiculous! This is after I purchased an extended maintenance plan through them on my M5. I am not asking for a freebie, but after ALL of the money I have spent there, the could have at least done something for me! I am in the pr... read more
Driving home from school shopping and we received a message that we need to pull over because of a tire pressure issue. I was literally at the Adams (Auto Center) exit, so I came to the Riverside dealer. Not even our "dealer", they look like they are closing and man named "Question" Mark Decker (that's his name on his card) said he'd take the car around back to service to check it out. Another person offered us water and within 10 minutes we are back on the road. That's some amazing service! Thank you, BMW!
