Big shout out to Fabian and Andrew and the service department for getting the Comfort Access working on my 2015 BMW X1 Xdrive35i. Stopped by today to pickup and install my carbon fiber "M" license plate brackets on and it didn't work out 100% because the screws that were installed prior to changing the plate frames were too big. No big deal. Stopped at Home Depot and bought the correct size screws and now everything is perfect. If you need a new or used car go see Larry in sales too! I brought my car to the collision center following an accident. The staff, particularly the manager, Armando, were all amazing to work with. They gave me frequent updates, helped me navigate my insurance claim, and my car looks amazing. I didn’t purchase my BMW here, but I will definitely continue to bring it here for service, and when it’s time for a new car, they have my business for life - they made me feel like part of their family!
