I had an incident with dealership but The General Manager contacted me and looked into matter. He assured me that no harm was intentional. He offered compensation for miscommunication. Given the courteous treatment from the GM, I feel like a valued customer whose business with dealership is welcome.
Customer service was amazing! Jesse Mesa, the salesman went above and beyond and even beat the interest rate from my own credit union. I would recommend this BMW to anyone!!!
