I took my 550 in to check out a coolant leak. It took them 12 days to do a one to two hour job. Then they brought my car out filthy dirty. When I asked about the complimentary car wash, the attendants said "well, you left it here so long". LOL like it was my choice. Not my typical BMW service experience.
Great experience, Dylan gave us awesome treatment and Anthony made us feel like we were family! We will definitely be back for our next vehicle!
When they call and tell you your cars service is all done they should have it parked and ready when you pick it up!! Not saying there’s 2 or 3 people ahead of you!!
Customer service is terrible. I just picked my car up and it was so dirty. The lady ay customer service kept making excuses on why it was dirty. The girl n the loaner Dept had attitude also. I was asking the service guy about just a basic wash & he was trying to sell me a detail. The last time i got a loaner car they gave me a old white dirty car. I will start taking it to the Ontario location & will never buy another car here nor will I refer anyone here You seriously need to train your employees on customer service.
I went in for recalls on my car had a scheduled appointment they confirmed they had a courtesy car for me to get to work and back and it was hassle-free and they said they would answer my questions that I had concerning some of the recalls especially one which they said my cars engine could catch on fire I got there 7 in the morning they didn't have a courtesy car and the Service employee Fabian was quite rude when I asked about recalls he really didn't have answers for me or didn't want to answer and laughed about it and sa... read more
